The Role
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Apps CoE, you will take ownership of end-to-end project management—responsible for project planning, scoping, resource allocation, and on-time, on-budget delivery. Your role combines technical leadership with mentorship, guiding teams in solution design, development, and deployment using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
You’ll develop scalable architectures aligned with business needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and ensure solutions follow best practices and governance policies.
Your expertise will also be applied to conducting quality assurance, resolving technical issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities include managing all stages of Power Platform projects, from initial planning to deployment and ongoing support. You will design high-performing, scalable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, defining architecture and leading technical development.
Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance is key to ensuring reliable solutions, while proactive stakeholder communication keeps projects aligned with client expectations. You will foster a motivated team environment, mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
Additionally, you’ll identify new opportunities, develop technical proposals, and help implement DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes. Maintaining governance, compliance, and industry best practices within projects will be a crucial part of your role, enabling nxzen's to deliver innovative end-to-end digital solutions that meet client needs efficiently and securely.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, demonstrating success in managing complex projects from inception to delivery. With strong technical knowledge across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and cloud solutions, they are proficient in designing scalable, enterprise-grade architectures.
Experience with project management methodologies like Safe Agile, as well as DevOps practices, is essential to maintain efficient workflows. The candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating effectively across all levels.
Certifications like PMP, ITIL, and Microsoft Power Platform credentials will support your track record of technical excellence and leadership. A commitment to continuous learning and industry best practices will help maintain innovative, high-quality project outcomes.
