Lead Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Azure Logic Apps, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise identity platforms, automate identity lifecycle processes, and support hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives.
• Design and manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle automation.
• Develop automation using Azure Logic Apps and PowerShell.
• Implement MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
• Manage Hybrid Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Support Azure and AWS identity-integrated workloads.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams on automation and platform improvements.
• Ensure platform stability, monitoring, patching, backup, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 7to 10 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) knowledge.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Hybrid Identity.
• Azure and AWS platform exposure.
• Experience with identity automation and governance.
• Mandatory Certification:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).

Good to Have

• Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Azure DevOps / GitHub / CI/CD
• Zero Trust security frameworks
• Leadership or mentoring experience
