Senior Hybrid Cloud Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hybrid Cloud Engineer to manage and operate enterprise hybrid cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows & Linux administration, VMware virtualization, hybrid cloud architectures, cloud migrations, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Design, deploy, and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.
• Manage Azure Local, Azure Stack, Azure Arc, AWS EC2, and hybrid connectivity.
• Support hybrid orchestration and integration workloads.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, backup, and recovery.
• Manage VMware virtual environments and cloud-hosted virtual machines.
• Support VMware/Nutanix to Azure or AWS migration projects.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation) and automation.
• Ensure platform availability, security, performance, and operational excellence.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and collaborate with cloud, security, and application teams.

Required Skills

• 10 to 12 years of Infrastructure or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Windows Server and Linux Administration.
• VMware Virtualization (Mandatory).
• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of orchestration and integration platforms.
• At least one Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

• Azure Data Factory or similar integration tools.
• Nutanix platform experience.
• Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation.
• Infrastructure automation expertise.
• VMware Certification (VCP) or Hybrid Cloud certifications.
• Experience mentoring infrastructure teams.
