This role combines advanced hands-on GIS delivery with mentoring responsibility, helping uplift junior consultants and improve team effectiveness.

You will design analytical workflows, deliver complex analysis, improve data quality practices, configure secure GIS services, and contribute to governance and standards across engagements.

The role reports to the UK GIS Lead and will be responsible for:

· Owning data‑quality strategies including validation rules, controls, and continuous‑improvement actions.

· Delivering advanced spatial and statistical analysis to support complex business decisions.

· Configuring secure GIS services with appropriate authentication, performance tuning, and data‑access controls.

· Mentoring consultants through best‑practice guidance, knowledge‑sharing, and professional development.
