PI Aveva Project Support

Nxzen is a diverse, growing organisation looking for an AVEVA PI Engineer to support real-time data collection, storage, and visualisation for industrial operations. You’ll work closely with operations, IT, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our AVEVA PI infrastructure. Our hybrid working model offers up to two days per week from home (once settled), with three days in our bright, open-plan Solihull offices to collaborate with the team.

As an AVEVA PI Engineer, you will implement, configure, and maintain AVEVA PI systems to support real-time operational data. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and integrity of PI systems and for delivering PI-based solutions and visualisations that provide actionable insights to the business.

• Install, configure, and maintain AVEVA PI Server and related components
• Develop and manage PI tags, interfaces, and data flows from sources such as DCS, PLC, and SCADA
• Implement PI Asset Framework (AF) and Event Frames for structured data modelling
• Create and maintain PI Vision dashboards and reports for operational insights
• Troubleshoot PI system issues and ensure high availability and data integrity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver PI-based
