Client Partner (Energy Transition & Floating Solar PV (FSPV)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Client Partner Energy Transition & Floating Solar PV (FSPV) to drive business development and strategic client engagement in Renewable Energy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Floating Solar PV (FSPV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Green Hydrogen, along with a proven ability to build client relationships, originate opportunities, and deliver large-scale renewable energy projects.

• Lead strategic client engagement and build long-term partnerships.
• Drive business development and revenue growth in Renewable Energy.
• Identify, develop, and convert high-value project opportunities.
• Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Provide technical leadership for Floating Solar PV (FSPV), Solar PV, and BESS projects.
• Oversee feasibility studies, techno-commercial analysis, and project development.
• Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, conferences, and industry forums.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy); MBA preferred.
• 10 to 18 years of experience in Renewable Energy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Floating Solar PV (FSPV) consulting or infrastructure advisory.
• Strong experience in client engagement, business development, and deal closure.
• Expertise in Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Green Hydrogen.
• Experience with hybrid energy technologies is highly preferred.
