The Technical Delivery Consultant will work full-time to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for the global consulting practice, including Finance, Project Operations, Sales, and HR, with a view to extending into CRM and Marketing capabilities.
This is a client-facing role requiring a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities and implementation approaches, with hands-on delivery across business processes, integrations, configuration, and technical workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
· Work with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 delivery outcomes.
· Support the design, configuration, integration, and technical delivery of solutions across Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations, Sales, and HR.
· Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers and delivery leadership.
· Contribute to workshops, solution design sessions, backlog refinement, testing, cutover planning and deployment activities.
· Identify delivery risks, dependencies and issues, escalating clearly and supporting practical resolution.
· Produce clear documentation, including solution notes, technical delivery plans, configuration records and handover materials.
· Support quality assurance by validating that delivered solutions align with agreed business requirements and project standards.
· Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the platform, supporting extension into CRM and Marketing capabilities.
Experience and Knowledge
· Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in client or project environments.
· Good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations and Sales modules.
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
· Understanding of core finance, project delivery and sales processes, including order-to-cash, project lifecycle, billing, forecasting and reporting.
· Awareness of integrations, data migration, security roles, environments, testing and release management within the Microsoft ecosystem.
· Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and delivery coordination skills.
