S/4HANA FI/CO Senior Consultant
Overview
The S/4HANA FI/CO Lead serves as the functional owner of the Finance and Controlling tower within nxzen’s SAP AMS practice, combining deep hands-on expertise in S/4HANA Finance with senior-level delivery leadership. This role is designed for an experienced consultant who can operate at both a strategic and configuration level—owning the end-to-end FI/CO workstream while guiding technical execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring compliance across complex, multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction SAP environments.
As a senior functional leader, the FI/CO Lead oversees all BAU AMS activities across Record to Report, including incident resolution, change management, regulatory updates, RICEF governance, and cross-functional coordination. The role demands strong command of S/4HANA Finance capabilities such as the Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and advanced reporting, along with the ability to manage statutory, fiscal, and compliance-driven financial requirements across diverse geographies.
In addition to operational leadership, the FI/CO Lead plays an influential role in practice development by mentoring junior consultants, shaping nxzen’s delivery methodology, ensuring quality at project handover points, and contributing to best-practice frameworks. This is a high-impact position suited for a consultant who brings structured delivery discipline, strong stakeholder management, and proven experience driving FI/CO stability and innovation in demanding enterprise environments.
